UCLA Arts
Working alongside faculty from the Design Media Arts department, I designed a set of six brochures with matching inserts and envelopes for the UCLA School of the Arts and Architecture's centennial campaign.

To anchor these designs, we sourced photos from the school’s internal archives and considered a range of visual treatments before arriving at a solution. Beautifully printed in process + spot metallic ink, this collateral's distinctive presence was achieved by chipping away at unnecessary content and avoiding visual detours to focus on solutions that would evoke the institution’s history and status as a cultural touchstone for the university, as well as for Los Angeles as a whole.

Related Project
I also had the opportunity to create several poster designs for a chamber music series presented by the Herb Alpert School of Music. The process involved consultation with the director, conductor and musicians in an effort to produce a design evocative of the emotional content of the compositions themselves, as well as the perspective of the performers bringing this music to the public.
